Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Evansdale, IA. Key Responsibilities

- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures as needed.

Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Stable internet with the ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.

- Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment.
