**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
* Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, including minors, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs
* Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures, while maintaining precise work order files and formulas
* Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, tinting and mixing products as needed to customer specifications, and stocking shelves and setting up displays
* Cleaning store equipment, loading/unloading delivery trucks, and assisting in making deliveries as needed
* Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, including the sales floor, warehouse, and delivery areas
* Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options with customers
* Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
* A valid, unrestricted Driver's License and the ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
* The ability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
* A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
* Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products, operating tinting and mixing equipment, and communicating in more than one language (Spanish proficiency is a plus!)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
* Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Knowledge of paint and paint-related products, including their features, benefits, and applications
* Experience with inventory control procedures, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
