With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a culture of innovation, arenaflex is the perfect place for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative - Microbiology, you will be responsible for: * Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer requests * Resolving routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet * Speaking with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures * Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution * Providing additional customer education and information as needed * Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services * Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions * Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner * Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies * Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance * Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent * An Associate's degree or higher is highly desired * Previous experience in a customer service role * Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond * Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation * Excellent multitasking abilities required * Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly * Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is proud to offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
