This is a full-time position, with the potential to grow into a long-term career, starting remote and working towards spending several days/week in office with successful, significant customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels * Handle dispatch duties, gathering and providing information to customers and vendors, while following a script * Work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of calls and tasks with ease * Utilize strong computer and web knowledge, as well as data entry skills, to efficiently manage customer interactions and dispatch tasks * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, with the potential to grow into a hybrid role with increased pay and responsibilities **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Available to work weekends and all holidays * Must have all necessary equipment, including a laptop, dual monitors, headset, and high-speed internet capabilities, prior to start date (arenaflex does not supply equipment) * Strong computer and web knowledge, as well as data entry skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of calls and tasks with ease * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service or dispatch experience * Experience working in a call center environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour, with potential for pay increase in hybrid role * Comprehensive benefits package, including dental, health, and vision insurance * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within arenaflex * Flexible scheduling, with the potential to work from home and in-office * Ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where our team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
