**Job Summary**
As a Customer Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams to verify product availability, coordinate with sales reps, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. **Responsibilities**
* Handle direct phone calls from customers and sales reps regarding products and orders
* Document key information with every point of contact
* Create orders, provide product information, and refer calls to appropriate departments or sales reps
* Coordinate with other departments to verify product availability
* Recommend product selection based on customer needs and product applications
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
* Process or respond to email correspondence from customers or sales reps
* Mail catalogs to customers as requested
* Retrieve and send invoices or packing lists as requested
* Process credit memos and chargebacks
* Assist customers with resolution of miss-shipments
* Communicate territory or customer problems with assigned sales reps
* Provide basic technical guidance on products
* Assist with backorder resolution
**Critical Functional Skills & Knowledge**
* Solid working knowledge of a call reporting management (CRM) system
* Solid working knowledge of phone system
* Ability to read schematics and illustrated parts lists
* Solid ERP system knowledge
* Working product knowledge
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word
**Education & Experience**
* High school degree or equivalent
* Solid English verbal and written communication skills
* At least 2 years' previous call center environment working as a CSR
* At least 3-5 years' previous work experience balancing call center and data entry
