**Role Summary**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor. Your primary goal will be to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers, driving loyalty and retention.
**Expected Hours and Work Environment**
The expected hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm EST. However, hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. You'll have access to all the necessary tools and resources to excel in your role, including a state-of-the-art communication platform, training programs, and regular feedback sessions.
**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
* Collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor to develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Participating in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Role Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience
* Proficiency in using technology, including communication platforms, CRM systems, and other tools
