As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in guiding our high-tier clients through the order process, serving as their primary advocate and point of contact throughout procurement, assembly, and handoff. Your expertise in customer success will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate situations and speak transparently to our highest-tier customers. You should be process-oriented, with a strong desire to work collaboratively to maintain and improve processes. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success or an equivalent department is required, along with proficiency in G-Suite, Salesforce, and Slack.
In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with technical knowledge in manufacturing, Cloud, IT, Server, AI, ML, or related fields. Familiarity with tools like Monday, Front, and Vitally is also desirable.
At blithequark, we are committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package that reflects the value you bring to our organization. The hourly range for this position is $55.00-79.00 per hour, although we may consider candidates with unique qualifications who may require a different compensation arrangement.
