Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and iterate on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies to drive customer success and articulate value realized for their businesses.

- Proactively identify and flag churn risk, working collaboratively with other account team members to mitigate and ensure customer retention.

Requirements and Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Customer Specialist in the high-growth SaaS industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
- Experience and proficiency with front-end web development libraries and frameworks, such as React, Node, and Next.js.
- A significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers across various mediums, with strong communication and writing skills.
