We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market who is passionate about empowering and enabling SaaS clients. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a trusted advisor, product expert, project manager, and coach, driving mutual success and growth for our clients. Your ability to understand and articulate business value and outcomes will be crucial in aligning usage and adoption of blithequark's product suite with strategic business goals of customers.

Our hiring process starts with a CSM skills assessment: a 30-minute AI conversation simulation covering 3 questions, designed to provide an opportunity to showcase your conversational skills in areas such as defining success as a CSM, building relationships, and handling risk.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD $75,000-$125,000, depending on experience and location. Our offer packages often contain additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k matching (US) or pension fund contributions (Global), unlimited time off policy, learning and development benefits, physical and mental health benefits, equipment and generous home office setup stipend, and team activities and get-togethers to connect with your fellow team members.
