**About Your Role**
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers realize true value from our suite of products. You'll partner with our sales and services teams to lead customer engagements, drive product adoption, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will help us expand our sales strategies across ANZ and establish a strong client base globally.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Own and drive customer satisfaction**: Ensure our customers realize true value from our products and services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Design, develop, and deliver customer onboarding and training**: Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs to ensure customers get the most out of our products.
* **Design, develop, and deliver change management initiatives**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement change management initiatives that drive adoption and success.
* **Understand customer workflows and provide clinical support**: Provide clinical support to projects in implementation, including end-user application training, customer adoption, and success.
* **Conduct customer discovery and develop success plans**: Conduct customer discovery in a consultative manner, developing statements of work and success criteria as part of presales engagements.
* **Work closely with installed base customers**: Identify cases that highlight the benefits of our Enterprise solutions, forming the basis of case studies developed in collaboration with marketing teams.
* **Collaborate with our Product team**: Gather customer insights and feature requests that will guide product roadmap changes.
**Your Skills:**
* **Demonstrated experience in Clinical Applications, Customer Success Experience, and/or Sales within the healthcare industry**.
* **Good understanding of clinical workflows**, given prior experience working with clinicians and leadership (executives, C-suite) in a similar healthcare role.
* **Technical proficiency with medical imaging IT systems**, including PACS/RIS software, DICOM/HL7 standards.
* **Experience with survey tools, data analysis, and reporting**.
* **Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the ANZ region for the role as needed**.
**Nice to Have Skills (But not essential):**
* **Tertiary education in Medical Imaging, Biomedicine, Healthcare IT, or equivalent**.
* **Formal qualifications including project or change management certifications**.
* **Previous experience with Salesforce**.
