**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Ensuring the Customer Success department follows best practices and maintains a high level of performance
* Coordinating inbound sales leads with our Head of Sales, attending demos, and negotiating contracts and pricing for enterprise users
* Meeting with enterprise users to explain new features and provide training
* Proactively identifying and resolving issues with users who have exceeded their plan limits
* Outreach to users to ensure they're getting the most out of our product
* Updating internal documentation and maintaining our HubSpot CRM
* Running L10 Meetings for the Customer Success team
* Owning and maintaining our HubSpot CRM
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS or technical product environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with users
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on autonomy and meeting deadlines
* Impeccable attention to detail and an empathetic approach to helping users succeed
* Experience working with user CRMs, preferably HubSpot
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
**Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience**
While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:
* Experience with Intercom, ClickUp, and Jira
* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts
* Ability to work with landing page builders such as ClickFunnels or Convertri for support purposes
