**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our current advertisers, helping them get the most out of our platform and achieve their business goals. Your day will be filled with:
* **Exceptional Customer Support**: You'll be the go-to person for our advertisers, providing timely and personalized support to ensure they have a 5-star experience on our platform.
* **Inbound Phone Queue**: You'll be logged into our inbound phone queue for the majority of your day, consulting and educating our current advertisers on the value of our platform and helping them achieve their business objectives.
* **Ad Performance Metrics**: You'll help our advertisers understand the value of their investment by highlighting their ad performance metrics and providing actionable insights to improve their campaigns.
* **Escalated Clients**: You'll use your strong listening and conflict resolution skills to handle escalated clients, providing solutions-oriented support to resolve issues and maintain a positive relationship.
* **Product Expertise**: You'll become an expert in our advertising solutions, adapting product recommendations quickly to suit client needs and asking probing questions to understand their business goals and challenges.
* **Communication Skills**: You'll exhibit strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other arenaflex employees, to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
* **Organization and Efficiency**: You'll remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goals.
**What It Takes To Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience**: You'll have a strong foundation in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and results.
* **Technical Proficiency**: You'll be comfortable with computers and information systems, with a basic understanding of technology and its applications.
* **Strong Communication Skills**: You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
* **Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting**: You'll be able to think critically and solve problems quickly, with a focus on finding solutions that meet the needs of our advertisers.
* **Account Management, Sales, Advertising, or Small Business Experience**: While not required, experience in these areas will be a significant advantage in this role.
* **Love for Local Businesses**: You'll have a genuine passion for local businesses and their importance in local economies, with a desire to help them succeed and thrive.
