As a key member of our Business Backing Tasks group, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving process improvements.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Account Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for collaborating with CSAMs on Account Management, focusing on execution and performance. This role requires a proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic, technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll work closely with internal departments, Channel affiliate partners, and CSAMs to identify and drive process improvements within Affiliate Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CSAMs, Channel affiliate partners, and internal departments to ensure effective working relationships and optimal customer service levels.
- Manage the execution of the Request Stream Cycle with Affiliate partners, from Request Booking to delivery, and monitor post-bill, backend business health metrics, and KPIs.
- Present key data, metrics, and performance plans to Management and partners, and identify opportunities for process improvements within Affiliate Operations.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple competing expectations, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and influence others, and develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP and Excel, and generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Recognize patterns and underlying causes/sub-causes, and provide feedback to Management to improve processes that enhance internal and external customer experiences.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and adapt your communication style to suit different audiences.
- Represent blithequark remotely at client discussions with exceptional professionalism and poise.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Operations/Supply Chain or more.
- 1-3 years of Operations experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
