As a Customer Support Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best and most recognized companies in their industries, developing your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment. **Position Description** We're seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls.
