**Position Description**
We're seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your tasks will include:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
* Scheduling appointments
* Providing product information and answering customer inquiries
* Resolving customer complaints and issues
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
* Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:
+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better)
+ Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher
+ RAM: 8GB or more
* Webcam
* High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
* Quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
* Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
