The Role and Opportunity

As a Customer Support Executive at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Customer Operations team, working closely with leading institutions, stablecoin issuers, and DeFi projects to ensure they get the most out of our enterprise-grade back office platform. This is not just a role about answering tickets; it's about becoming the go-to expert for our customers, guiding them through complex issues, and shaping how we scale our Customer Operations.

Your expertise and passion for crypto finance will enable you to deliver fast, empathetic, and effective support, making a tangible impact on our customers' success. You will have the opportunity to partner with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve issues, surface customer insights, and influence the development of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should be a crypto-native individual with a strong understanding of the crypto economy and its complexities. You should be able to walk through an on-chain transaction, such as on Etherscan, and have a solid grasp of crypto finance concepts.

We are looking for someone who thrives on complexity over volume, is comfortable owning a tough ticket for days if needed, and communicates clearly and effectively in remote settings. You should have excellent customer communication skills, enjoy digging into technical details, and be coachable, taking ownership and showing initiative in your work.

Bonus experience with accounting, reconciliation, or finance workflows would be highly beneficial, as would experience working with leading names in stablecoins, DeFi, and banking.
