Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently address customer inquiries within our Customer Support channels, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and providing timely resolutions to customer issues.

- Commitment to a 40-hour workweek, beginning at 6:00 pm Irish Standard Time, with flexibility to adjust to meet the needs of our global customer base.
