Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve product, service, and order inquiries and problems via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective solutions that meet our customers' needs.

- For the Japan position, provide expertise on Asia region import/export logistics and compliance, ensuring seamless and compliant transactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences or a related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in the biotech industry, with a strong understanding of the sector and its challenges.
