Department Summary

The Wireless Customer Service Representative role is an exciting opportunity to join our cutting-edge team based out of our state-of-the-art Bluefield facility. As one of the first to experience our latest wireless technology, you will have the chance to become a subject matter expert and build excitement around the latest wireless developments. Collaborating with your team on-site will allow you to expand your professional network and create future career opportunities. Our post-training production schedule may include a rotation of at-home and onsite work based on performance and business needs, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a valued member of our Customer Experience Team (CXO), you will be the voice of blithequark to our customers, focusing on resolving customer issues, preventing future problems, and promoting our services. Your mission is to provide exceptional service, listening, connecting, and caring for customers through voice and chat interactions. You will maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support and solutions.
