**Key Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, and respond in a timely and accurate manner.
* Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to the best of your ability.
* Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.
* Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Multi-tasking abilities.
* Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.

* FRESHER AND EXPERIENCE / GRADUATES AND UNDERGRADS IN BANGALORE AND HYDERABAD CAN APPLY.

* Openings available: Process - International Voice Process (3 months Contract).
* Qualification: Any Graduates / 10+2.
* Salary: 23K In Hand (30k Relieving bonus).
