As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and professional support to our customers via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Your primary focus will be on software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments. You will leverage your critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities to resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary. This is a seasonal contract that runs through April 15th, 2024, with flexible schedule opportunities that allow you to create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a sincere desire to assist customers, be tech-savvy, and have excellent communication skills. You should be able to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
