**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer care to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Handle a high volume of calls, navigating complex customer situations with ease and composure
* Utilize various tools and software to manage customer interactions, including data entry and issue tracking
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Six months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Demonstrated passion for outstanding customer focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple work streams and tools
* Strong listening skills, with the ability to attentively listen to customer needs and concerns
* Skilled at customer engagement, with the ability to build rapport and resolve complex issues
* Ability to type in excess of 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
* Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers
