**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, combined with your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Develop and implement solutions to customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members or management as needed
* Treat customers with respect and professionalism, adhering to company policies and procedures
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and good command of Russian and English (B2)
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although not required, training and coaching will be provided)
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a similar role, supporting a technology brand or industry leader
* Knowledge of Samsung products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
* Certification in customer service, technical support, or a related field
* Experience with CRM software, ticketing systems, or other customer service tools
