blithequark Cash is a personal credit product that our clients can access once they have paid a portion of their first loan. The process is straightforward, and with just a few clicks, clients can receive a loan of up to 200,000 MXN directly into their bank account. This product has been designed to provide our clients with quick and easy access to funds, helping them to cover unexpected expenses or achieve their financial goals.

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for client and merchant inquiries and requests. Your role will involve providing exceptional and empathetic service, understanding client requests, and offering efficient solutions and clear responses. You will also collaborate with other teams to find the best solutions and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Base salary: $10,000 MXN brutos
Commissions of up to $4,000 MXN brutos
100% remote work + equipment
