Our innovative software has raised $30M in funding, and we're committed to continuous improvement and growth. **The Role** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-tier support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. Your primary focus will be helping customers navigate and succeed with our software, becoming a product expert and guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.
