**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-tier support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. Your primary focus will be helping customers navigate and succeed with our software, becoming a product expert and guiding them in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Providing prompt and effective support to customers, resolving issues and offering advice to help them get the most out of arenaflex.
* Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform.
* Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed.
* Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
**What Makes You a Great Fit?**
* Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
* Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
* Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
