Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical services and light repair on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards.
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition to prevent downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate.
- A valid driver's license.
- Technical aptitude and experience in repairing machines.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
