About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support. You will be responsible for responding to technical support tickets, developing our knowledge base, and providing top-notch customer service via email, phone, and Zoom web conferences. If you're a self-motivated individual with a passion for helping others and a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time contract position, with an expected workload of approximately 35 hours per week. You'll need to be located in the Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones, and at least half of your work time should be scheduled within Eastern time working hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Please note that this position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
