As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing impeccable client care, processing shipments, and ensuring compliance with all international importing and exporting regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide accurate and timely processing of shipments for customs clearance from databases, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs * Enter and process various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and may handle all PGA's (participating Government Agencies) * Maintain and update all shipment documentation in accordance with all record-keeping requirements * Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations * Work closely with other internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver an elevated level of service to clients * Process organization financier shipments * May handle distant filings * Ensure all service and organizational strategies are followed * Perform other or additional duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree * HS Certificate or GED required * No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred * Data entry/computer experience required * Required skills include MS Office, Viewpoint, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner) * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Organizational skills * Private skills * Critical thinking skills * Ability to handle high volumes of work * Ability to handle time-sensitive work * Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight * Ability to use various systems and reference materials * Ability to cooperate with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, internal staff, and management at all levels, within divisions **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customs trade or a related field * Knowledge of international importing and exporting regulations * Familiarity with various systems and reference materials * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Benefits and Perks:** * Competitive hourly rate of $20-30/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid training and development opportunities * Opportunity for career advancement and professional growth * Flexible work schedule and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and equipment * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
