**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator – Remote Data Entry Position, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, carriers, and government agencies
* Process and verify customs documentation, including import and export declarations, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of customs documentation, including compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including tracking and tracing information
* Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or international trade
* At least 6 months of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a logistics or transportation company
* Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, including the Harmonized System (HS) and the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to handle high volumes of work and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
* Familiarity with various software systems and reference materials, including customs databases and trade agreements
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with customs databases and trade agreements
* Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures
* Familiarity with freight forwarding and customs brokerage operations
* Certification in customs brokerage or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
