**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Data Analyst to join our team, who will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions and contribute to the development of our content portfolio. As a key member of our High-Level Investigation, Content group, you will work closely with our team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop insights that inform our business strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
* Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
* Collaborate with our content development team to advance our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
* Experience in data visualization and data storytelling
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to tackle complex problems
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience in media and entertainment, with a passion for TV and film content
* Strong experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
