The Role of the Data Engineering Manager - Trust Data Foundations
As a Data Engineering Manager - Trust Data Foundations, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of talented data engineers and defining the vision to scale data-driven decisions. Your primary objective will be to support the detection and mitigation of fraud across all product verticals, collaborating closely with product, data science, analytics, and operations teams to establish a comprehensive data strategy. - Define and execute the technical direction and vision for the team, serving the data needs across Trust defenses and products.

- Experience working on user-facing product surfaces, especially in search-related product areas, with a strong product and design sense, able to spot potential usability issues and provide alternative solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions from a wide variety of stakeholders, demonstrating your expertise in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
- Technical leadership expertise in full-stack development, with experience leading cross-platform teams, and a bonus if you have experience in performance optimization and latency.
