**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data processing operations. You'll be responsible for keying and perfecting alpha-numeric data from scanned images, validating and reconciling electronic records, and making judgment calls regarding routine duties. **Key Responsibilities**
* Key and perfect alpha-numeric data from scanned images, and validate and reconcile electronic records to original paper documentation
* Make judgment calls regarding routine duties, referring non-routine situations to a supervisor or manager
* Learn new processing functions and equipment operation in all areas of production as needed
* Maintain site productivity and quality standards, and contribute to meeting team and individual goals
* Ensure that all customer and bank guidelines are followed as related to operations, internal audit and security, and general practices
* Lift and move mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma/GED required
* Accurate alpha-numeric data entry and typing skills at or above 7,000 keystrokes per hour
* Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Detail-oriented
* Team player with a positive attitude who's able to effectively interact with diverse groups within the organization
* Flexibility to work in different functions
* Willing to work in a high-security production environment
* Ability to sit for long periods of time and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Available Shifts**
* 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
* 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am
**Pay Details**
* $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
