**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry & Auth Reviewer at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing available Auth for pending claims to verify due process was followed
* Data entering pending Auth Client systems
* Ensuring legal compliance
* Referring suspicious or complicated Auth to investigators
* Collaborating with other professionals to determine Auth validity and cause
* Maintaining a strong understanding of Claims, Appeals, and Medical Benefits
* Proficiency in computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of medical information
* Knowledge of data entry and transcription
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis
* Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing benefits data
* Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and team members
* Show ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
* Have experience or knowledge in Benefits Configuration and Benefit Administration-Buyer is a plus
* Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve benefits-related issues
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
**Certifications and Education**
While not required, certifications in MS Excel and Benefits Administration are highly desirable. A degree in a related field, such as business administration or healthcare, is also preferred.
**Salary and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of arenaflex's applicable plans.
