We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining all client records, charts, and files, ensuring the accountability, confidentiality, and security of sensitive information. Your duties will include performing billing and admissions data entry work, collecting and processing assessment fees from clients, and generating reports as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and abilities, including:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or G.E.D., combined with at least two years of general office experience, including typing and/or keypunching data into a computer. Equivalent combinations of training and experience may also be considered.
This role is typically performed in a seated position, with occasional standing or walking. You will need to be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, perform basic mathematical equations, and sort and file documents alphabetically and numerically. You will also need to be able to operate office equipment, including computers and software applications, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
