- Organize work throughout the lab and deliver to respective departments, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Verify the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing prescriptions, work tickets, and other applicable notes to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, to ensure timely and secure delivery of packages
- Answer telephone calls and provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with nightly cleanup of the area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
