You'll be working closely with our data team and Data Manager to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Data Verification and Correction: Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for errors or deficiencies, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Research and Documentation: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents. Scan documents and print files as needed.
- Information Security and Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Office Equipment Management: Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
- Query Response: Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Proven Data Entry Experience: Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk is highly desirable.
- MS Office and Data Programs: Experience with MS Office and data programs is essential.
- Administrative Duties: Familiarity with administrative duties and experience using office equipment like fax machines and scanners.
- Typing Speed and Accuracy: Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a strong attention to detail.
