- Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests into our system, meeting the required standards of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate.
- Efficiently navigate our imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, ensuring that all tasks are completed within designated turnaround times.
- Differentiate between various claim types and follow established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify specific document types that require special handling and process them accordingly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively, supporting additional workflows as needed.
- Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims and authorizations, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas for efficiency gains and recommending solutions to management.
Requirements and Qualifications
