**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, entering data accurately and efficiently, and working collaboratively with our internal teams to meet customer needs. **Responsibilities**
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
* Work with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues
* Enter data accurately and efficiently in various platforms
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
* At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience (not required but preferred)
* Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
* Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles
* Data entry and business skills
* Effective listening and analytical skills, with the ability to summarize details and resolve issues
* Experience with personal computers and at least a standard functioning degree typing capability
* Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus to detail
