Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes
- Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, and work collaboratively with the team to resolve them
- Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is highly desirable
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute, with high accuracy and efficiency

Compensation and Benefits
