- Maintain a detailed record of tasks, records, and progress made to ensure transparency and accountability
- Analyze completed work for duplication or errors in content before submitting the final product
- Prioritize tasks, and expedite tasks on demand to meet deadlines and ensure project completion
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Intermediate spreadsheet experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and pivot tables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, and client database systems
- Accurate typing skills, with the ability to type at a speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Computer literacy, with experience in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, as well as databases and client database systems
