We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data consistency, and reporting any errors or anomalies to your supervisor. **Key Responsibilities**
* Read and decipher customer and shipping orders to ensure accurate data entry
* Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the system
* Verify and ensure accuracy of entered data, reporting any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
* Perform filing, copying, and administrative duties as required
* Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

**Essential Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
