We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis until the end of June 2025. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a 20-hour workweek with weekly 1:1 meetings with your manager. **Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing, mailing, or uploading claims as required by law, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Preparing and assembling state unclaimed property or other governmental agency claims, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
* Preparing notes in accordance with Unclaimed Property standards, maintaining high-quality documentation.
* Utilizing strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills in all communications, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
* Handling tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy, meeting deadlines and expectations.
* Demonstrating a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks under time constraints, managing workload effectively.
* Handling and safeguarding confidential information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An Associate degree or equivalent experience.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively.
