**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing teams by processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You'll work closely with our Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples and perform other duties as necessary. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials
* Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
* Help the inventory controller identify Bin locations and assist the Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
* Perform job duties under ISO requirements, including following the "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions
* Participate in other projects or responsibilities as may be required

**Minimum Qualifications**
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
* Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
* Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
* Some laboratory experience preferred, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
