**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Technician with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customs data entry into our operating system. You'll work closely with our Customs Brokerage team to identify customs documentation, transpose customs declaration information, and verify compliance with regulations. Your exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and professional attitude will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
* Understand and identify customs documentation
* Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
* Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
* Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
* Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
**Qualifications**
* Associates or Bachelor's Degree
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
* Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
* Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
