About the Role
As a Delivery and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes, adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations, as well as arenaflex Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
- Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane and deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Perform all daily functions in a safe manner, using required Personal Protective Equipment and following safety guidelines to minimize risks.
- Work flexible hours, including 8 to 12-hour shifts, weekends, on-call, and overtime, as required to meet customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and proactive communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid Class A or B CDL and be willing to obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements. Reimbursements for these endorsements will be provided. You should also have an acceptable driving record, satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check. The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 70 lbs is essential. Additionally, you should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction above all else.
Essential Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits
