**Job Summary**
As a Digital Banking Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional customer experience that arenaflex is known for. You'll be responsible for reviewing, researching, and resolving discrepancies in customer data, providing service to customers, operational support to branches, and assisting the Senior Specialist with coordinating work tasks. This is an in-office position, with the option to sit in either our Clifton Park or Glens Falls Office Locations.
**Responsibilities**
* Research, report, and provide resolution to exceptions in a timely manner according to department policies and procedures.
* Respond to all VISA disputes meeting department guidelines.
* Review data for proper authorizations and compliance and take action as appropriate.
* Update, modify, and correct data meeting the department's goals and objectives while following policies and procedures.
* Provide consistent and outstanding customer service by anticipating and reacting to internal and external customer needs.
**What You'll Need to Thrive in This Role**
* Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
* 2 years prior banking experience with expanded knowledge of banking regulations preferred.
* Basic knowledge of NACHA rules preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines.
* Physical requirements include sitting for prolonged periods, walking/standing for brief periods, and repetitively using a telephone and computer mouse and keyboard.

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and education. Additional compensation may be earned through our incentive programs, subject to individual and company performance.
