- Create canned responses and enhance our tagging system in the live chat platform, streamlining our communication processes and improving customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain training and best practices documentation, ensuring that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with our sales team and key marketing team members to share insights, ideas, and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our customer journey.

Essential Qualifications
