Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, business)
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in audit, risk, or related business/retail roles
- Strong knowledge of audit and risk management concepts, including risk assessment/prioritization, process and internal controls, and root cause analysis
- Experience in marketing and business development
- Excellent professional judgment, critical thinking, and written/oral communication skills
- Experience in using data and analytics tools to drive business decisions and audit execution
- A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
