**Job Overview**
As an Elementary Math Tutor with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in elementary math, including basic math skills, entry-level geometry, and pre-algebra
* Developing and implementing effective lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student
* Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular session reports to our office and families
* Adapting to different learning styles and teaching methods to ensure that each student receives the support they need to succeed
**Responsibilities**
* Provide a session report for our office and families within 24 hours of each tutoring session
* Effectively balance tutoring hours given for each assigned student
* Successfully and professionally teach students to fit their individual needs
* Service existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests
* Follow-up with office when a student's enrollment package is low on hours
* Candidates must only service students whose needs meet theirs
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field and industry preferred
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fields preferred
* Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus but not a requirement
* Experience with basic Database/ Data Entry
* Ability to prepare accordingly for each tutoring session (lesson plan)
* Having a personality that is suited for different types of students
* Strong administration skills
* Strong typing, PC, and recording skills
* Having reliable transportation with current car insurance is a must
* Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone
