Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Forwarding Account Representative to join our team immediately. This role is responsible for assisting banks and finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents. As an office-based position, you will not be required to perform any field work. This is not a collections or sales job, but you will have regular communication with the banks and the agents in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, and people location software.
• Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software).
• Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities.
• Manage the repossession process for bank clients.
• Work closely with bank employees.
• Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues.

• Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
