About the Role
We're seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and business owners. As a Boldly employee, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely and choose the clients you support based on your preferences and values. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain appointment schedules and calendars, ensuring seamless coordination and time management
- Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings
- Maximize executive productivity by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating phone calls on their behalf
- Manage multiple email inboxes for executives, ensuring timely responses and effective communication
- Oversee expense management, providing accurate tracking and reporting
- Provide customer and supplier support, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships
- Perform other executive admin tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
The Ideal Candidate
You're a seasoned Executive Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment. You're a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed. Your key strengths include:
- Advanced knowledge of online software, including Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other productivity tools
- Ability to multitask with ease, prioritize work, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise communications
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
